ATLANTA, GA, Apr 30, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- PAIVIS, CORP. ("PAIVIS") (PINKSHEETS: PAVC) today provides to its shareholders additional information related to its deliverables under the merger agreement with TRUSTCASH HOLDINGS, INC. ("TRUSTCASH") (OTCBB: TCHH).
