I just got an email from ameritrade that the certs for my PAVC shares would be sent out September 1st at .46 per share of JPHC. Does this mean I won't be affected by the recent change in share structure? Am I a millionaire on paper? Just asking I am sure a dumb question.

Bernie, You will be affected. The shares will be converted to PAVC at a 1 to 200 split. Take your .4623 of JPHC and divide by 200; that 's your sharees of PAVC. You'll send your JPHC shares to the T/A and he'll convert to PAVC @ 3.65 pps. I had 3,150,000 shares of JPHC @the conversion rate it went to 1,456.000 and then 1to 200 or 7282 @ current pps of 3.65 = $26579 not bad on a 3700 dollar investment. Hope for the best. Terry

Hi Same I have been a long term holder since the JPHC days and have been holding several million shares of the stock which has now reduced to a couple of hundred thoudand shares. Based on current pps my return looks healthy AND I AM HAPPY!!! My concern is because i have restricted shares i cannot realise my return and would like your opinion as to where we will be by next June when the restriction lifts. I still believe the company has a plan but do you feel this will involve further reverse splits further reducing the share count or is there a possibility of a buyout. this just to ask for opinions

Harvey IMO we are fine
A lot could happen in a year, sure there could be a buyout, today the Quarterly comes out. That will tell where we are heading IMO. I am causiouly optimistic on this report. The next two Quarters i expect to see steady improvement. No more reverse splits IMO, the Company said ahead of time that it was looking to go to a higher exchange. I beleive we have a winner and it has been so far. The brokerages are caught IMO. I may hold for two years if needed. ******************************************************************* Hi Same

Thanks for your reply. All I can say is I figured that out a couple of minutes after I posed the questions. Sometimes all synapsis aren't firing. Thanks
