my understanding is
That the Brokers will send your shares to the Transfer Agent. This first means all share will be accounted for. Notice that the DTC is not mentioned in the PR. IMO they do not want anything to do with this issue it was so Blatant.
The Transfer Agent will send the converted Paiv Shares to you in your name to your address. You will have the Certs in hand from what I understand. This means we hold all the Paiv shares and they the Brokers can not short them. Who ever in the Company thought of this is a genius.

I spoke to TDA and was told they will not send the shares to the transfer agent until they receive the restricted shares of JPHC. I was told I didn't need to do anything further that the brokerage firm would handle it all once they received the restricted shares of JPHC. They also said they couldn't give me a timeframe. Is this legit? Terry

remeek I would not trust Ameritrade
Call the Transfer Agent that is listed in the Press Release and tell them what Ameritrade told you. Then take appropiate Action.

What was the transfer rate? Say I had 100,000 shares of JPHC before May 23, how many shares of PAIV should I own? TIA
OK I think I found it. .46232085067036500 PAIV share per every JPHC share?

Ameritrade
I would suggest that anyone haveing problems with their Brokers especially Ameritrade go over your brokers head to the Compliance dept, first call and voice your concerns and then write a certified letter to the Complinace dept on your concerns. Also call the Transfer Agent listed in the Paiv Press release June 29, 3006 and ask Questions.
