("PAIVIS") (PINKSHEETS: PAVC) today announced it has progressed significantly on certain key deliverables required pursuant to the merger agreement with TRUSTCASH HOLDINGS, INC. ("TRUSTCASH") (OTCBB: TCHH). Specifically our internal technology audit is expected to be complete by May 15, 2008.
