Hi Paivis holders,
I'm a little confused about the recent happenings.
1. What does this mean for Paivis share holders: "The Agreement with Paivis, Corp. (``Paivis'') outlines the terms of an acquisition/merger wherein Trustcash will acquire all of the issued and outstanding Common and Preferred shares of Paivis and its subsidiaries; on a share for share basis." Are our share going to be converted to Trustcash shares? And what do we do if we're holding onto actual Paivis certificates?
2. I've noticed that the ticker symbol TCHH doesn't seem to have much data is it new? The company appears to be a decade old according to some news I've read.
