Paivis, Corp. Announces Appointment of Corporate Stock Transfer Inc., Denver, Colorado, as New Transfer Agent
Paivis, Corp. ("PAIVIS" or the "Company") (OTCBB: PAVC) today announces that effective Friday, December 29, 2006, Corporate Stock Transfer, Inc. of 3200 Cherry Creek South Drive, Suite 430, Denver, Colorado 80209, will be appointed as the Company's stock transfer agent.
This change in transfer agents, as authorized by the board of directors has been made in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
The Company believes this change in transfer agents will play a significant role in completing issuances and delivery of shares from previous corporate actions, including the Company's exchange of merger shares resulting from the merger with Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. earlier this year.
The Company is working closely with Corporate Stock Transfer to expedite these issuances and deliveries as soon as possible.
