Eagle 1, Can we spin off a PAIV section now that JPHC is history on 5/19/2006? Terry

I hate to admit that I am this much of a dummy, but how does the PAIV conversion happen? Will I just see my JHPC symbol disappear in my portfolio and will PAIV then appear? TIA

Yep it will take a few days I would imagine then you will see the new symbol with an amount of shares in the new company name. it will not state a value in it at this time. Hope this helps and it is my understanding

TDAmeritrade has already converted all my shares. We were right we lost 1/2 of the total # of shares and it appears the value. Probably due to the massive dilution as a result of joining the two companies and APOA 10/1 forward split.

Okay, I understand the converted JPHC shares are restricted. I know this is a very dumb question, but I assume we can trade shares that we buy now under PAIV. Anybody verify that assumption.

Rmeek, the board conversion is done... As for me on JPHC, I was hoping that we got a .005ish cash payout but instead JPHC management had other plans. IMO, JPHC management could have done us a lot better than this. Anyone know the share structure of PAIV now? Thanks, Eagle1,

Eagle1, Thanks for the board conversion. I don't know what the share structure is yet. Again thanks, Terry

Those with TDAmeritrade said they're selling JPHC shares with no problems. It appears TDA got unrestricted registered shares. I'd recommend a call to your brokerage firm. Just a suggestion. Terry

Anyone with Ameritrade
Can you copy yesterdays balance posistions and todays posistions for JPHC and PAIVIS. The reason is something is very wrong here. The people I talk to want us to do this anyone with a Ameritrade Account. These shares are restricted per former PR and 8_K as stated. The reason we did not have a short covering IMO is because they just did it today crooked bastar--..
The DTC or Ameritrade issued shares when there are none to be issued. The TA never had shres to issue. This will be straightened out. Paivis and JPHC have done everything in order. Let me know if any of you can copy your Balances for the last two days. I need to get these to People in management of JPHC and Paivis. I will give you my e-mail if you can in a private message. Read the Post below Thanks
I talked to Loyola at least 3 times today. He said that there are alot of parties involved (nasd, sec, dtcc, transferagent, and brokerage firms.).
It takes 3 days for trades to be settled so he says everything will be resolved by Tuesday. He seems to think that todays action will be reversed.
You cannot lose 45 million in market cap because of a stupid mistake and not have it fixed.
They will fix this action and somehow get this to where it should be which is at .01.
2nd scenario is that all people who sold there restricted shares will have to buy them all back at market prices. Everyone knew the shares were restricted and its in the latest prs. So if they have to buy back in higher its there fault for selling in the first place.
I think this scenario will play out which should get us back to .01.
But bottom line is this problem will be fixed for sure and that the restricted shares will be forced to be bought back. No choice. If the people have bought other stocks or took the money out they will get massive margin calls most likely because the broker wont take the fall.
A pr will come out as soon as all the parties find out exactly what happened.
