Ive noticed that when I'm looking for the latest PR, at times it turns up on bigcharts first or otcbb first before it turns up on the actual company web site.Does anyone know if they ALWAYS are announced first on a web site and then spread around.I need to know as soon as possible as I'm sure you understand.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
