For those who are not familiar with UBS...

With the OS of AVST being less than 160,000,000 shares last I
checked, I think AVST is going to
prove to be worth more than its current price of .01 cent per
share. Richard Schaefer is
the new management that is to be taking over AVST. This is one
reason why I said that this
E Cash, Inc. is just as good as or better than the one we had
originally thought.

Closed up 22% today but I think it's getting ready to pop BIG again. I got in at .0089 and it went to .02 when I played it last. Great bagger play, and I think it's about to have another one, or at least another big gainer. Hang in there. It's comin! IMHO

Concerning AVST, I believe this stock will do very well.

Sterling and I had talked about this and I must say, this AVST is looking like it could be a very good play.

Here is a post from Sterling, please check it out...not many shares out there and this thing will move hard when b/volume comes in....IMO..

I verified that the DUNS report was true and that the $11 Million was the number for Revenues made as reported in the DUNS report by E Cash, Inc. who is the company reverse merging into AVST in the link below:

The DUNS report number is DUNS: 00-556-9368 which was dated for 8 Mar 06. I think DUNS is a lot more credible than you or I especially since they get paid the big bucks for the services they provide. I think everyone heard of DUNS. With an OS of less than 160 Million, I don’t anticipate seeing a reverse split to reverse merge either. I did forget to ask if the $11 Million in Revenues were annually or quarterly. I figured annually in the posts below as a worse case scenario.

I spoke to Richard Schaefer's secretary yesterday to confirm much, to include the information provided above. Ok, yea I was fortunate for getting the number to call, but I did my DD and I shared it. It's up to you to do your DD to see if it fits. I believe even more in AVST and I stand by these posts below even more.

Please understand that I am not asking you to believe anything I posted. I am only sharing information and thoughts which are some reasons what I thought these forums were for. Also, I thought these forums were for attacking the “content” of information and not the “character” of an individual.

I will never intentionally mislead anyone. Being wrong about something and/or intentionally misleading someone are two different things. But wait, please don’t believe nothing I shared with AVST as I have been wrong before. If this is how you truly feel about any DD I share, I recommend you wait until you see it in an SEC filing or the proxies that we will be receiving very soon. These are the risks that we all have to take.

Now, back to your PE Ratio comment. I'm not sure what market you are in, but in this market, PE Ratios are used. Your PE Ratio is a growth rate for a particular industry in a particular sector. If you look further into my posts, I am normally referring to a “what if” type of situation which becomes factual when and if a company produces the EPS figure that I speculate from due to the lack of facts available.

The PE Ratio is the multiple that is used to multiply with the EPS to determine a fundamental share price and fair worth of where a stock should be trading considering its profits generated. Most of the times in the penny stock world, over 90% of them fail so most of them never prove or achieve its anticipated potential. But it’s that hope of getting in early on what might be the next Microsoft that we trade and/or invest in a stock.

Find me a stock where its share price was the same as its EPS (Earnings Per Share) that have been officially filed with the SEC if you can. You probably won’t find many if any and if you do, please post them. We all in here would love to see them. Trust me in saying that if a stock has a “legitimate” EPS of .10 per share filed with the SEC, it most definitely will not trade at .10 per share. It will trade significantly higher which is the PE Ratio factor kicking in that you are currently ignoring.
