Please explain why you sold out. What are your reasons? I thought you were 100% behind this company with your group and in for the long haul. Also, how did you sell restricted shares. Please enlighten us.

Bernie I sold Paivis
On the open maket that I bought, I still have my JPHC restricted shares that will be converted to PAVIV. Now I just bought Pavis back on the open market just now at .09 and from what I have learned Ameritrade has not begun to buy back yet so if that is the case this can go to who knows, ten cents maybe, I hope. Keep thin information here please.

Thanks SAME53. Do you have any clue how long out shares will be restricted for and what do you think the outcome will be for us in a year or two. Still positive?

BernieMy Feeling is that
Paivis will move to a Higher Exchanse American or Nasdaq. They IMO will do a R/S which in this case is Very Good you will not lose any value and Pav will be seen as a good investment by institutions. I als hear they may be bought out by Sprint, Vonage or the likes. If any of these things happen it will take the restriction off our shares because they will have to register them. This is all IMO and what I have learned so far. I am very posistive on the future. Wayne

Thanks much Wayne. That is very encouraging and I hope we all see any of these scenarios happen in our favor.

Hi Same
I found the following report on Paiv specificallyhighlighting the short position.could you please me of limited knowledge what they mean by the final line
Paivis, Corp. (OTCBB: PAIV) through its subsidiary, distributes medical, dental, and health and beauty aids products to dental and medical professionals and wholesalers in the United States. The company was formerly known as APO Health, Inc. and changed its name to Paivis Corp. in May 2006. Paivis is based in Atlanta, Georgia. With 43.59 million shares outstanding and an undisclosed short position, [glow=red,2,300]the failure to deliver in shares of PAIV has not been resolved and a buy-in is possible. [/glow]

That looks like the Infinity or Buyins .net report
It means the shorte may have to buy back shares of Paiv which in turn would increase Paiv S/P

Sure one year from what date I am not sure
Then you can sell a percentage after one year per volume of the stock, after two years it is free trading. This is what I understand
