Luckytoo I and
My group who have said this to many who sold restricted shares were laughed at, Well we will see who gets the last laugh. IMO we will laugh one more time when the former JPHC now PAIVIS goes on the American or Nasdaq Exchange in the future or are bought out by Sprint, Infinity, or Vonage in the future, Read below and Hang On.

It looks like it might be a big day on the OTC. Earnings surprises, new contracts, and a developing story on PAIV regarding the possible selling of restricted shares is causing quite a bit of controversy.

Appears TDAmeritrade is no longer accepting orders on PAIV. I tried to get in twice but it says it cannot execute the order. Anybody else experiencing that?

Now I think I understand what is going to happen to the JPHC shares. Ameritrade shows the number of shares I had before the change to PAIV, but does not show any trade symbol. The pps is .0002. My guess is that's the way it's going to stay until the shares are no longer restricted. When the restriction is lifted, they will then be converted to PAIV shares and will be worth whatever PAIV is going for at that time. That makes sense to me in light of the PR's that came out attendant to the merger. (I'm not really happy with it, but that's the way it was set up so there's nothing I can do about it.) The only thing bothering me is that I made several trades outside of what I owned originally, and Ameritrade is now playing around with my funds associated with those trades. Guess I'll be on the phone tomorrow!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If anyone has sold PAIV and they were supposed to be restricted (filings, PRs, etc) , look for a reversal of the transaction...IMO..

Eagle1, Do you suppose there is still some upside on new PAIV shares until it gets to .01 position? I bought a few hundred thousand today figuring that this would level out. Still did not touch my restricted shares. What happened to SAME53? Terry

I sold Paivis Open Market Shares read below
On the open maket that I bought, I still have my JPHC restricted shares that will be converted to PAVIV. Now I just bought Pavis back on the open market just now at .09 and from what I have learned Ameritrade has not begun to buy back yet so if that is the case this can go to who knows, ten cents maybe, I hope. Keep this information here please.
********************************************************************** Please explain why you sold out. What are your reasons? I thought you were 100% behind this company with your group and in for the long haul. Also, how did you sell restricted shares. Please enlighten us.
