Bernie, You are asking the wrong person to straighten you out. HE is not even really sure. He was arrested once for public urination because he could not figure out which bathroom to use. I tell ya, the guy/gal is messed up!!

Hey Josh,
How about them boys over at SWVC? They kickin some tail again today. Selling this one to get more EXBX is going to be the hardest thing I will ever do. But the gains in EXBX are just going to beat the socks off of anything that could ever happen with SWVC. If SWVC found that their main store was sitting on a rich diamond and gold mine, it still is not going to touch exbx. ;D

Josh - I don't have much in it either but even that is x4 so it makes a nice difference. A good exit strategy is hard to gauge on this one. Where will it hit th wall? I don't think most people have a clue right now. I've heard 50 or 60 cents.

Seaway Valley Capital Corporation Releases Acquisition Update Sep 11, 2007 13:03:01 (ET) NEW YORK, Sep 11, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Seaway Valley Capital Corporation (SWVC, Trade ) chairman and chief executive officer, Thomas Scozzafava, issued the following update to its shareholders today: Dear Shareholders: I am pleased to announce that the financial sections of the audits of WiseBuys Stores, Inc. ("WiseBuys"), which are crucial to the Company's first transaction, were completed on schedule by the auditors. On August 30th, Dannible & McKee prepared drafts of 2006 and 2007 audited financials for my review and approval, which took place right after the Labor Day weekend. The auditors, however, are waiting for Seaway Valley to finalize the terms of its agreements with the shareholders of WiseBuys Stores, Inc. to complete the "Subsequent Events" section of the audited financials, which must be released with the financial statements for the audits to be technically considered "completed." As previously communicated, Seaway Valley Capital Corporation had executed stock purchase agreements between shareholders representing approximately 75% of WiseBuys Stores, Inc. However, upon further review of the legal structure of these deals, both management and the WiseBuys sellers are exploring a slight modification that would make these agreements more tax efficient to both the sellers and potentially to the Company. Under the new proposed structure, the WiseBuys transaction will be considered a stock "merger" rather than a purchase, and the Company would seek to merge 100% of WiseBuys into Seaway rather than the 75% previously announced. The completion of the structural changes and the agreements with WiseBuys shareholders will allow the auditors to complete the audit officially, and the acquisition shall trigger an 8K information statement that contains these financials and other information regarding Seaway Valley Capital Corporation and WiseBuys Stores, Inc. I am pleased to be able to update you on these events, and I shall continue to update you with further developments. About Seaway Valley Capital Corporation Seaway Valley Capital Corporation was formed in 2002 and makes equity, equity-related, and debt investments in companies that require expansion capital and in companies pursuing acquisition strategies. Safe Harbor Statement This press release contains statements that may constitute "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
