Sounds pretty good huh!! So...now we have Kudlow (Perhaps) selling their discounted stock (.00003) at .0001. In steps Fan and his partners (QTNASIA) and throws a huge wrench into the deal. Fan and his partners forces Olsen to turn over the company...or else!! Notice how the shares have been drying up since Fan took over? My guess is that there is about 6-8 Billion more shares that Kudlows cohorts need to dump. Then we might see a BID. Maybe this week as your chart indicates. Good luck |

But what if MM caught on to past managements illegal dealings and began boxing QBID in at .0001. What if they knew past management was going to drive the company into the ground and file for BK? Is QBID being NSS to death? Hope Fan has a plan to trap them. Do you think a 1000 to 1 RM into a non trading OTC shell create some issues for the MM? Do you think Fan would throw another wrench in their plans if he released the TMM financials on...ahhh...lets say... Wednesday?
Just thinking out loud and of course this is all just my honest opinion.

JMHO, But I'll bet Fan has alot of money ready to flow into QBID once they trade like they want to!!. Rumor has it their are investers just waiting?? FWIW  |

A R/S would be WRONG at this point. We never asked FRANK to lie and dilute us. I would be pissed at a R/S at this time. If QBID is such a good deal let him buy all the shares back and .0001 and under. To dilute us and then R/S should be illegal. I would only back a R/S or R/M if we went Amex. |

If they RM/RS into a new company then the PPs would be .10 the MM's can't bring the short with them Forcing them to buy the new shares at .10 or higher along with the $$$$ Just waiting for the RM into a DEBT FREE shell, Squeezing the MM's even more? The OS goes from 350 BILLION to only around 90-100 MILLION instead because Fan and company now own about 63% of the company(fact) Now you have the MM's forced to buy in and Investors just waiting for the RM into a DEBT FREE shell. IMHO PPs will rise fast with that scenario?
PS: If it runs to a dollar then we can apply for the AMEX Where we are More protected? Investers won't touch us with 350 Billion shares that Frank left us with?Along with the NSS?
But the people that bought above .0001 would need to average down if they can. Frank left the company a total disaster trying to BK the company so his stealing from the company would go away if he could BK it!
He tryed and failed, IMHO the company has no choice . Their hands are tied. They MUST distance them selfs from Frank period. IMHO

RS?(i don't look at that as a negative as IMO must be done to get big investers on board) share structure connot be 350 billion and be viable? Money is still the same!just less shares but you lose no money unless it dropps after the RS? But (to much money though) going to go into this after they start trading after the RM/RS. WE GO TO THE OTC, some help! Debt free!!! Clean shell? New managment. BAD: Must get rid of all ties to Frank!!!!!!!! UH thats all I have for now? LOL  .....Hope this helps some? The ask has been on .0002 today. This is the first time sence I've been watching QBID. Hopefully a good sign.

Just a suggestion? DON'T BUY AT .0002 because when/if they do the split as rumor has it?.lol you will only get half the amount of shares after the split! It should drop back down to .0001 or just put a bid in at .0001. Just a suggestion?? Another words, You will pay double the amount for your shares!
